Your appointment must be paid in full at the time of booking. (plus 3% processing fee) If payment is made in cash the processing fees will not be charged.

If proper three (3) day notice is not given to reschedule another non-refundable payment will be collected from patient prior to scheduling the new appointment. There shall only be one (1) rescheduling allotted per patient. If a patient misses a rescheduled appointment, a second payment will be required. Exceptions will only be made for extenuating circumstances if proof is provided. If evidence is provided your original appointment will be rescheduled, not refunded.
