This is semi-permanent technique using a machine to achieve beautiful and symmetrical eyebrows customized to each clients specific desires based on age, skin type, and aesthetic. Haley uses various styles such as nano hairstrokes (aka machine microblading), ombré effect (aka powder or shading), and hybrid or combination variations! Haley’s method is superior to other manual methods in that in preserves the skins integrity and reduces the risk of scarring, blurring, or discoloring long term.

Eyebrows

This package includes an in person consultation at the time of the initial service where you and Haley discuss your specific desires and she creates a shape and style tailored to your face and personal aesthetic. Upon completion of the initial service, you will receive in depth aftercare instructions, as well as full product kit for optimal healing results. (estimated 2.5hrs)
The healing period is 6-8 weeks. At the end of the 6 week period you will return for a perfecting touch up. At this appointment Haley refines the healed results and makes any subtle adjustments to fit your liking. (estimated 1.5hrs)

Color Boost

$250

This service is meant for Haley's returning clients to maintain their semi-permanent makeup. At this appointment, Haley will refresh and refine her previous work. Any adjustments will be made to your preference and styles will be updated to ever changing beauty trends. (estimated 2.5hr)
Once the touch up is completed, Haley provides in depth aftercare instructions as well as all products necessary for the best healed results. After the 6 week healing process, Haley requests a virtual post-procedure check in via text message to ensure you are both happy with the results!

Color Correction

$100

This service is an add on to other semi-permanent makeup packages. It is meant to correct previous work from another artist or neutralize naturally occurring hyper pigmentation in the treatment area. Depending on each unique case, most color corrections are completed in a separate session(s) then must fully heal before beginning the semi-permanent makeup process. This creates a blank canvas for beautiful healed results to come! (estimated 1hr)

Q: How often is it suggested to touch up or "color boost" your semi-permanent eyebrows?

A: It is recommend clients return to refresh their semi-permanent eyebrows anywhere from 12-24 months, as long as the previous work is still visible. The time period depends on preference and skin type! Everyone's skin retains and sheds pigment differently.

ARE YOU A CANDIDATE?

SEMI-PERMANENT EYEBROWS CONTRADICTIONS LIST

If contradictions are not followed properly before the appointment, your results, retention, and health may be affected. Haley Carmody Artistry has the right to turn the patient away at the time of the service and you are deemed you unfit for the procedure.

You are NOT a candidate if...

  • under the age of 18 years old

  • pregnant, nursing, or trying to become pregnant

  • active cancer, undergoing chemotherapy, or radiation

  • recent surgery in the area of treatment (must be 6 months healed or approved by your doctor)

  • received Botox or other injectables in the area of treatment 2 weeks or less prior

  • Allergic to any topical anesthetics (You are able to opt out of numbing)

  • Prone to keloids and hypertrophic scaring

  • Are diagnosed with diabetes, healing disorders, or auto-immune disorders

  • Diagnosed with transmittable blood conditions (HIV, Hepatitis, Etc.)

  • Bleeding Disorders such as Hemophilia, Sickle Cell Anemia, or platelet disorder

  • On any skin medications such as Accutane (must be off for 6 months), or steroids which cause skin to be overly sensitive, Retin-A, Renova – You must have a written permission from your physician if you are on Coumadin or Heparin

  • If the area of treatment is inflamed with Psoriasis, Eczema, Acne, or related skin conditions

  • allergic to tattoo pigments

  • are currently taking any blood-thinning medications (Aspirin or related)

 

PRE-TREATMENT CARE INSTRUCTIONS

If pre-care instructions are not followed properly before the appointment, your results, retention, and health may be affected. Haley Carmody Artistry has the right to turn the patient away at the time of the service and you are deemed unfit for the procedure.

  • You must stay off any blood thinning products for 3 days before the treatment (aspirin, ibuprofen, vitamins A,E), unless prescribed by a doctor.

  • Do not workout the day of your procedure - this increases blood flow, sensitivity, and increased risk of infection.

  • Do not drink caffeine or alcohol the 24 hours before the procedure – this will thin blood and could affect the lasting results of the treatment.

  • Refrain from use of Retin-A, AHA/BHA/PHA products, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, etc. for 2 weeks prior procedure (in the treatment area only).

  • Any tweezing or waxing should be done at least 48 hours prior to the procedure; electrolysis no less than 5 days before. Do not resume ANY method of hair removal for at least two weeks.

 

AFTER TREATMENT CARE INSTRUCTIONS | WHAT TO EXPECT...

Careful aftercare is very important for producing a beautiful and lasting result.

STEP 1:  Every 2 hours wipe the brows with the Wet Ones provided in your after care kit. Removing this fluid prevents hardening of any blood plasma/lymph, resulting in better color retention.


STEP 2:  Days 1-7:  Wash daily -

Gently wash your eyebrows each morning and night with the provided soap and water by using your fingertips to gently cleanse the eyebrows.  Rub the area up in a circular motion for 10 seconds and rinse with water.  DO NOT use any cleansing products containing acids (glycol, lactic, or AHA), or any exfoliants. Use a very light touch when cleansing your procedure. Make sure you rinse off all soap, then lightly pat with a paper towel to dry the area.

STEP 3: Apply tonic in the small spray bottle with a cotton pad. (Tonic should only be used for the first three days). Clients with dry skin, please skip this step for optimal results. It is essential that the brows  must air dry 5-10 minutes before moving to “step 4”.

STEP 3: Days 1-7  Moisturize - After washing apply a pin-point drop of aftercare ointment with a Q-tip and spread it across the area.  Do not over apply the product. This will suffocate your skin and delay healing. The ointment should be barely noticeable on the skin. Never put the ointment on a wet or damp tattoo.  


HEALING TIPS:

  • Use a fresh pillowcase for sanitary conditions

  • DO NOT rub, pick or scratch the treated area. Let any scabbing or dry skin naturally exfoliate off. Picking can cause scarring or loss of color

  • DO NOT use any makeup on the brows for at least 7 days. Make sure brushes and sponges used on the rest of the face are freshly cleaned and sanitized. After at least 7 days of healing you may use powder makeup only (no pencils, pomades, gels, or anything that could cause irritation to the healing area).

  • NO facials, botox, and chemical treatments for 2 weeks. Once healed, always ask your technician to avoid the brow area.

  • Avoid direct sun exposure or tanning for 4 weeks after procedure. Once healed, always use SPF in the brow area for lasting results

  • Avoid heavy sweating, hot tubs, and long hot showers for the first 10 days. Limit your shower to 5 minutes as not to create too much steam.  Keep your face/brows out of the water while you wash your body and hair. It is reccomened to wash your face outside of the shower in order to keep your brows as dry as possible.

  • Avoid sleeping on your face for the first 10 days

  • Avoid swimming for the first 10 days

  • DO NOT dye, tweeze, wax, or thread eyebrows for 2 weeks after the procedure. You may groom with the razor provided after your procedure.


Approximate Healing Schedule:


DAY 1 - Bold color, dramatic appearance, tender, slight bleeding, slight discharge


DAY 2-4 - Eyebrows look very dark and appears thicker in texture (DO NOT PANIC)

DAY 5 - Starting to itch, you may pat the skin to relieve itching


DAY 5-10 - Flaky skin starts, peels from the outside edges first, skin may be itchy and color looks patchy


DAY 10 - Color finishes flaking off,  at this point the color appears too light with missing spots, you may feel it is too light and that your skin did not take the color well.  Please be patient and color will even out as the skin “mends” back together.


DAY 14-21 -  Color and definition returns, hair strokes start to reappear and even out 

DAY 36 - Healing is complete.  All color is healed within the skin. If it is too dark or still a bit uneven after 6 weeks then we will make adjustments during the touch up appointment. Please return to touch up appointment to refine your results for a lasting, beautiful finish. 


After the touch up procedure is completely healed, you may go back to your regular cleansing and makeup routine. ALWAYS avoid scrubbing the area.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW AFTER-CARE INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN INFECTIONS, PIGMENT LOSS OR DISCOLORATION.

CANCELLATION | RESCHEDULING POLICY

Please throughly review these policies before booking an appointment. Once you have booked an appointment through the online portal provided when texting 702-918-5057, you have automatically agreed to Haley Carmody Artistry's terms and agreements.

Your appointment must be paid in full at the time of booking. (plus 3% processing fee) If payment is made in cash the processing fees will not be charged. 


Cancellations of the initial appointment, for any reason, shall result in the forfeiture of patient’s non-refundable payment. A three (3) day minimum notice is required to reschedule an appointment. If proper three (3) day notice is not given to reschedule another non-refundable payment will be collected from patient prior to scheduling the new appointment. There shall only be one (1) rescheduling allotted per patient. If a patient misses a rescheduled appointment, a second payment will be required. Exceptions will only be made for extenuating circumstances if proof is provided. If evidence is provided your original appointment will be rescheduled, not refunded. 

LATE POLICY: If a patient arrives more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, patient can either reschedule (forfeiting their pre-payment) deposit for a later date or opt out of numbing. Arriving 30+ minutes late will result in rescheduling the procedure, as it cannot be completed to perfection if a patient arrives 30 minutes late. The courtesy thing to do is notify the office if you are running late and exceptions will be made if Haley’s schedule allows.

Please read all information carefully before booking your appointment. Having any of the contraindications listed or not following proper pre-treatment care instructions will result in forfeiting the deposit and refusal of service.

If you are executing this agreement on behalf of another party it is binding to all parties, agents, employees, and assigns (in other words, all parties are bound to the terms and conditions of this policy). The party agreeing to these terms must be the party receiving the treatment. If you are purchasing the treatment for another individual, the patient receiving this treatment must also agree to the terms and conditions of this deposit. In the event that the patient does not comply with the terms, the individual purchasing the treatment will still be held accountable.
